I have a line on a bulk purchase of ball lock 5 gallon cornies, at $15 each. In order for this to work, I'd need commitments for at least 144 kegs. This includes new o-rings on the dip tubes and posts, but not lid o-rings, which McMaster-Carr currently sells for $1.25 each.
