Honey

I judged meads at the AHA first round in Chicago weekend before last. The top mead was a Cranberry Blossom Mead. It had a wonderful aroma and a tartness to the flavor. Both derived of cranberry honey. I got some cranberry honey about a year ago from a farm in Darlington, Wi, just south of Mineral Point. He attends the Madison Framer's Market on the square, Saturdays in Madison. I get to Madison quite offend. He has Cranberry Blossom, Clover, Wildflower, and (I'm not kidding) Mint.
