I have never used campden tablets to kill wild yeast before, but I was told that I should use a open bucket so it will allow the gas to leave. I was planning to use my better bottle or for you guys that have used them before, what do you suggest. I was told 1 tablet per gallon for 24 hours and then pitch yeast. Right now the ingredients are in 1 gallon containers frozen so no wild yeast will kick in.
