brewing / tasting Spam direct to email

Maybe I'm just sensitive to homebrewing and local beer and wine tasting SPAM, but did anybody else get this same from "MoreWine" / "MoreBeer"? Recently I've also received a couple of local wine tasting (from a local diner theater) spam that's coming directly to my email account and not through the list. It took 3 requests to get the dinner theater to stop sending dinner promotions. I have a funny feeling that our email addresses have been sold (not by anybody of authority in the MhBA.) :) Thoughts on this?
