The Minnesota Home Brewers Association will be beginning the BJCP
(Beer Judge Certification Program) class starting Thursday, January 2,
2003 at my house, 6pm. Please RSVP if you are planning on attending -
space is limited!
The first week is the famous "Doctored Beer" seminar - VERY fun! If you
have any homebrew that you think represents particularly well one flavor,
aroma or sensation - bring it along! (ie, bitter, skunky, vegetal, etc.)
