I will be
all-grain brewing this Sunday, Nov 4, starting at 9am, and anyone interested in
learning about all-grain is welcome to come watch. The "All-grain" portion
of the brew should be done by noon, if that's the only part you want to
see. The remaining portion (boil, chill, pitch) will be just as if you
were doing a full-volume extract version.
Bring beer
and breakfast snacks! If you want to hang around for the boil etc, you're
welcome also. I can fire up the grill at noon - byo weenies (or
whatever.)
