Subject: [mnbrewers] Cooperation sought from someone with a fruit press

I'm new here although I've been brewing ales, lagers, and mead for over
ten years.

We will be harvesting our first sizable crop of cider apples sometime in
the next two months. The harvest will include Golden Russet, Kingston
Black, Twistbody Jersey, and Yarlington Mill, plus dessert apples
suitable for blending. It's difficult to judge but there should be 2-3
bushels all together (150 pounds).

I do not have the money available to purchase a grinder and press at
this time and am looking for someone who has one so that I could either
give the apples away or arrange to borrow the necessary equipment to
press them. I'm in the Northfield area and travel to downtown St. Paul
every week.
