Big Brew MHBA Style

Guys and Gals, You've read the corny e-mails, you know that May 5 is soon and so far, we don't have an idea how many of you will be attending the big event. There will be two large breweries cranking out about 40 gallons each of IPA and Spring Wheat. So far, 25 gallons has been spoken for. Now you and I know that I have a fairly substantial brewery but unless you expect me to ferment something in my sink, we need some volunteer fermenters. Volunteer fermenters arrive with yeast, sterile container, and a smile. You leave with cool bitter wort and a larger smile. Just imagine the smile you have when the weather cooperates! So there you have the short summary. You know I hate to throw away wort and you also know I can't grow enough yeast to ferment 80 gallons. Please let me know electronically of your plans.
