Also, mark your Calendar for the Upper Mississippi Mash-Out, the homebrew competition jointly sponsored by the Minnesota Home Brewers Association and the St. Paul Homebrewer's Club.  We expect from 900-1000 entries this year, making it one of the largest homebrew competitions in the nation!  Judging will take place January 23-26, and the awards ceremony and banquet will be on January 26 at the Klub Haus.  See THE BOILER for details, or online at:
