Due to efficiency issues, I ended up adding 1/2 lb of extra light DME to kick up my OG a
bit, ended up at 1.074 (should have been 1.080). Built a 2 liter starter, decanted and
pitched. Attenuated all the way to 1.011 after 5 days in primary.
