Last year's Big Brew sure was fun.  I've been enjoying Surly's Mild lately and I think a Mild would be a great candidate to brew.  Neil Schlagel is known for his Mild, so how about we take his recipe and scale it up?  Neil, got a recipe?  I can donate about 50 lb of Rahr malt, can help out, or even be brewmiester.
