[mba] Club shirts for Nationals

Last call for conference attendees to request a FREE club shirt for Nationals. MHBA has decided to purchase and pay for a special club shirt for all MHBA members who attend Nationals in June. We've picked a sand colored polo shirt which will have the club logo on the left front side and the nationals conference logo across the back shoulders. In order to get your shirt, please send me the following information by Monday, May 10th. Name Size - Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL AHA conference registration number Email address if not obvious We will be checking that you are a paid member of MHBA for 2010, so please make sure this is true. You may also purchase a shirt for another attendee. Please send their name, size and AHA conference registration number as well.
