Beer Fans,
Remember that wheat beer we released last week? Well, you drank all of it. We will release
"SFO" next Wednesday, 5-6pm $1 pints of that beer at the Town Hall Brewery.
This is a special beer style often refered to as "common" or "California
common". SFO is modeled after a beer made famous by a brewery in San Fransisco.
Maybe similar to a pale ale or hoppy amber in taste, these beers use lager yeast for
fermentation (warmed up to ale fermentation temps). A crazy mixed or hybrid beer....but
delicious! You can thank Jeff for this seasonal, the recipe is his.......
