new beers at the Map Room

Pucker your taste buds, the Map Room tells me they have Fou' Foune on tap. This is Cantillon lambic aged to acidic perfection with fresh apricots. It's not a weenie fruit lambic like much of the sweetened crap on the market, it's one of the best I've tasted. For the rest of you there is Gouden Carolus, the "Beer of the Emperor"; a rich, fruity, strong dark Belgian ale brewed but once a year and secondary fermented in the keg.
