I vaguely remember a label similar to this in the hospitality room at the Schells brewery.  They had a display of some of their current and previous contract brew labels .

Most likely a contract brew brewed by either

1)  Gluek
2) Minnesota Brewing

Have to look at the label to see whether it was St Paul or Cold Spring
