RE: To smoke or smell or sniffle or drink beer

ok folks, this is supposed to be a beer list so I'll bring it back to that. Some beer smells and tastes nasty and the second hand effects of drinking beer are numerous. Think about all the BudMillerCoorsPbr drinkers that beat and/or kill their family, or kill and maim on the highways, or how about the psychological effect of a drunken abusive parent! Think we could get a law to ban all flavorless beer at bars/restaurants? I'm in favor of "government" using incentives to solve problems. For example: Bars/restaurants get a tax break, insurance break, or cheaper liquor license if they ban smoking. If they offer food/beer education or appreciation, same deal. I don't think those who truly appreciate quality food, wine, beer, or even cigars, are as much a problem to society as the folks who simply don't think about how their actions affect others.
