This is a reminder of the meeting this Saturday. More info below. We are also meeting at 9:00AM for our Adopt-a-Highway clean up at 4306 Shady Oak Rd in Hopkins. We will be meeting in the shopping center parking lot just north of Main St on Shady Oak Rd. Rick Oftel will be bringing home roasted coffee and donuts for the volunteers. It's Saturday, Oct. 17th from Noon-3pm at the Traditional Foods Minnesota warehouse in Richfield. We've broken the categories down into: 1. Potato/Tater Tot-based hotdish 2. Noodle-based hotdish 3. Open Category (includes vegetarian) There will be prizes involving homebrew supplies and/or craft beer for each category... and a Peoples Choice award. This meeting will be held at the warehouse of Traditional Foods Minnesota. TFMN will supply the tables and access to electricity. The beer, food, and serving utensils are up to us. Their warehouse is located at 302 W. 61st Street, a block north of Highway 62/Crosstown between Nicollet and Lyndale Aves. Come through gate to the back of the building.
