George Fix

I just saw this in the newsletter from Bacchus and Barleycorn. George Fix We have just learned of the sad news that George Fix died yesterday. George was an American Homebrewers Association Ninkasi Award winner, IBS Craft Brewers Conference and AHA Conference speaker, magazine contributor, author of several books on brewing, and one of the original Craft Beer Enthusiasts in the United States. He had been battling cancer for the last year. His dedication to beer and brewing education and his wonderfully animated enthusiasm will be dearly missed in the craft and homebrewing community.
