You can sometimes get a deal on a neon on ebay.
I was able to get a basic Guinness sign there for about $100, but most of
the nice ones go for nearly $300.
Sometimes you can find them cheaper at antique stores, but those are usually
boring Miller signs.
Good luck finding a Summit.
You can always get one new at Summit, but that's about $300.

Subject: Beer Light
Greetings fellow homebrewers!
I figured it couldn't hurt to ask--do any of you know where a good (see:
"inexpensive") place is to buy a Grain Belt or Summit neon beer light?
You see, my wife has decided to paint and rearrange the
basement--formerly the only place in my house I could call my own.
Well, you should see it now. Definitely not mine any more.
I have to mark my territory somehow. Any help would be appreciated!
