Who cares? Make up your own unique and orginal pronunciations!
If you actually know what you're talking about then you're just an
elitist a-hole. At least that's what I'm told in this best of all
possible beer worlds where all the beer is above average.
Kidding. Maybe.

I made two all-Brett beers (from one batch of wort) and I'm going to
be on Basic Brewing Radio to discuss the process and results. During
the interview, it would be nice to at least appear as though I know
what I'm talking about. Anyone know how to pronounce these?
1. "LAM-ba-cus"
2. "lam-BEEK-us"
any other way to say that?
1. "claw-senn-eye"?
2. "clough-senn-eye"
3. or is the last syllable "eee"?
I know it doesn't really matter and some folks pronounce them
differently anyway, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
If you are interested, here is my log entry so far. I still have to
provide more current tasting notes.
