The meeting at Barley Johns is set for July 16th @ 7:00 pm. If you haven't been to this brewpub before, it is worth the drive. John produced excellent beverages from a brewery that is extremely compact. You will have to visit to find out how small.

I thought it would be appropriate to include a technical topic at our meeting so I am formally and officially presenting KEGGING. Yes, for the tenured brewers it may be boring but for some of you who haven't yet kegged it will offer some interesting insights. The discussion will be outside and we can hope for decent weather. Will include keg function primer, keg maintenance, non-CIP cleaning, sanitizing, storage, and parts replacement.
