Just pissing in the tall weeds Steve! Clubs aside, I believe anyone who enters a contest and wins a medal deserves the respect of their fellow home-brewers. As an "old dog" who also had no Mashness wins, I tip my mash-paddle to those who took home the bling in St. Cloud! - "Super Nicey-nice Sensitive PC Grampa" Al :-D (smiley) PS - It was good to see the 40 or so people at the CSPS Hall on Saturday having "no fun" for Mike Behrendt's tasting of 46 different malt varieties. Good job Mike, and thanks! Also thanks to Joel Stitzel, for organizing the Style of the Month tasting of English Milds, and to Gera Exire LaTour for organizing the free club transportation of entries to the Midwest AHA Nationals Qualifying competition. PPS - We will be having some more "no fun" on April 11 at Gera Exire LaTour's house, picking our club champion for the AHA Club-Only Extract Beer competition. Anyone who has a beer made with at least 50% extract bring it to Gera's house!
