I spoke to the orchard yesterday and they won't be able to confirm the date
of pressing until mid October due to the apple shortage (and the logistical
complications that has created for them) but it sounds like we should be
roughly on target for late October / early November. I don't believe this
will impact the price, but I will let everyone know as soon as I have more
information. At this point I'm going to cut off registration as almost all
of the 250 gallons have been spoken for. There may be some extra available
the day of as it always seems someone doesn't show up. I'll update everyone
when more information is available. Cheers!
