Scott, I  am not a electrician but I am an electrical engineer and I have built my own electrical brewery from scratch. I sold my old brew stand and rebuilt one more specific to an electric setup. I had my kettles welded (Thanks to the list for hooking me up with Primitive Precision Metalcraft for the welding) to allow me to connect the elements and I also purchased and started to assemble the control panel but am admitting defeat in my ability to understand electrical diagrams. Would anyone happen to have any recommendations for an electrician or fellow homebrewer who is knowledgeable and has done something like this?  I posted up on the facebook page but haven't had luck finding someone yet.
