Guys and Gals, 

 

We received a ton if interest and suggestions for Big Brew 2008 and have a little work to do. 

 

Currently there are five batches including Octoberfest, Spring Wheat, Smoked Porter, Mild, and Brown. 

 

We have the following openings for 5 gallons of bitter wort. 

 

Octoberfest       10 gallons

Spring Wheat     Filled

Smoked Porter  10 gallons

Mild                    5 gallons

Brown               30 gallons

 

Note:  The brown was the last beer added so some of you may not be aware. 

 

Now if there is anyone out there with a stash of old hops or barley that you would like to donate or share, please step forward.  The swap meet is this Saturday and it would be a great opportunity to collect your donations.  Specifically, we are looking for German hops for the Ofest and English hops for the Porter, Mild, and Brown and base malt for all of the above.
