“ The Celebration of Life for Kurt Smelser will be Friday April 23. We will have an outdoor memorial service at 3:00pm at Gateway Park (across the river from Cup of Joe) in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Please bring your camping chairs for the service, as we anticipate a large gathering.

Afterward, we will continue sharing our memories of Kurt at a local restaurant/brewpub (location still to be confirmed). All are welcome. 

I wanted to let everyone know so that folks can begin making arrangements to attend. I will update this post with the location of the restaurant. We will also try to post this from Kurt's account later.
