Just a quick note to inform everyone of my resignation as Head Brewer at Water Tower Brewing Company, and subsequent acceptance of Head Brewer of Bandana Brewing Company, located in Mankato, MN. Now before everyone gets confused thinking "Wait, there is no brewery in Mankato," I can only respond "Yet." Equipment arrives next Wednesday, hope to be brewing by early December, opening early January. I know, it's a tight schedule and last time I put together a brewery I swore it would be the last.... Thanks to everyone who supported Water Tower and myself during the last six years--I hope to see you all in Mankato.
