Minnesota is DANGEROUSLY CLOSE to being out-entered IN
OUR OWN CONTEST!
Doh!
DEADLINE FOR ENTRY IS NEXT FRIDAY, JAN 21! DON'T
BE LEFT OUT!
*sigh* I don't have anything bottled. ;-) In fact, since becoming a
new father, I haven't had any time to brew at all. :-( The cider we
pressed last Fall is still untouched (and certainly "naturally"
fermented to completion). It needs to be bottled soon, and or
transfered to another carboy. If someone has a CPF bottling setup, I
could try bottling up one of the ciders -- not that I remember what
apples were used (Cortlands and ???). I really should have journaled
that when the info was fresh on the mind. ;-) In fact, I don't recall
even taking an OG measurement. Probably not entry-friendly.
