Thanks Chris!

Upcoming Club-Only competitions for 2011-12 Club of the Year are:

Oct 15 Deadline     - Specialty/Experimental/Historical (Cat 23)
Nov 25 Deadline     - Hefeweizen (Cat 15 ABCD)
Jan/Feb TBD Deadline - Dark Lagers (Cat 4)
March 17 Deadline     - Stouts (Cat 17)
May 19 Deadline     - Scottish and Irish (Cat 9)

Check your copy of THE BOILER for recipes for these styles well in advance of the competitions.

If anyone in the club is seriously interested about winning "Club of the Year", we should also talk about covering all of the styles in entries for the AHA National Homebrew Competition First Round, coming up next April.  That's where the BIG points are to be had!

We have a BIG club!  If everyone entered, it COULD BE DONE!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the AHA Mead Club only competition judging last week. Some spectacular beverages, spectacular pizza, and reasonable decent company.
