FYI Head Brewer Wanted We are seeking the services of a full-time Head Brewer to captain a new brewing endeavor for a veteran Minneapolis restaurant company. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the brewing industry, and have been a Head Brewer for at least 1 year. Formal brewing education and/or diploma a must. Prior hospitality experience an advantage. Must possess a genuine passion for all things beer, a creative drive, and a desire to curate a beer program amongst many entities. Ability to operate independently, maintain all federal & state record keeping, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and be able to operate and assist in design of a 10 BBL brewhouse are essential.
