I'm not sure if anyone posted this yet, but here is a test from 1-2 years ago.

I have a simple analysis using an aquarium test kit
from 3 weeks ago and found it to be the same as Chaska tap water but I would really like
to see a more detailed analysis of the mineral content.
pH - 8.0
GH (General Hardness) - 340mg/L
KH (Calcium Hardness) - 260 mg/L
That's pretty hard. I have cut it with RO water for brewing and had good results. It
is probably too hard and carbonate straight to use for anything other than stouts and
porters.

Has anyone ever used the water from the Frederick Miller spring? It is an artesian well
in Eden Prairie. I saw it on Kare11 last night. I am just wondering to know the quality
of the water for brewing at home. My water at home is so hard, I always need to add
distilled to soften it up
Thanks
