Hi,
We have a couple of fun events happening at The Pig:
1. Beer Tasting with Unibroue, Tuesday, October 4 @ 7:00 p.m.
This is the brewery in Quebec that makes Belgian-style ales like The Pig
favorites Le Fin du Monde and Maudite. We will be tasting 8 of their beers
and appetizers will be provided. The cost is just $25 per person and
seating is limited. Reserve your space this week at The Pig.
2. Tequila Tasting, Monday, October 24 @ 7:00 p.m.
You will be tasting 6 very special tequilas and we'll be passing around the
appetizers. You better plan on taking it easy on Tuesday. The cost is $40
per person and again, space is very limited.
If you have not been in for a while you will want to stop by The Pig this
weekend to take advantage of the end of our Oktoberfest celebration. We
have been serving up a different Oktoberfest beer each night for the last 2
weeks and it all winds down this weekend. Tonight we are featuring Paulaner
for $3/bottle and Thursday night it is Ayinger 500ml bottles for
$4 each. And starting Friday, any random bottles of Oktoberfest we have
sitting around are going into the grab bag and will be sold for just $3
each.
And for you Belgian beer lovers we have Kasteel Blonde in 33cl bottles
available this weekend. The Mad Bitch is back, this time in small 33cl
bottles for $7.50. And on draught we have De Dolle's winter seasonal Stille
Nacht, a yeasty, fruity, spicy and alcoholic beverage that real beer
drinkers are sure to love.
Mark
