I'm excited to see everyone at Big Brew.
The building that we are in is owned by OSI Batteries. Look for their business sign to
identify our building. We are next door to Culligan Water Company. Please drive around to
our back lot and park around the perimeter of the lot, leaving the area near the building
for the brewing activities.
We'll pre-heat some water to save you some heating time and propane. We have some
extra propane tanks incase you are running low. We have hoses to hook to your heat
exchanger, not to mention we have a coil exchanger you can use, if you don't want to
drag yours with. We'll also have some sanitizer mixed up for your sanitary needs.
If you are looking for some homebrew equipment, we have a bunch of excess gear that we
will trade for the right amount of cold cash.
Our grill will be fired up and ready to burn whatever you toss on it.
I look forward to sampling some good beer, so don't forget to bring some of your beer
to share.
If you get a moment, log into facebook and friend our brand master, Lorenzo Lucid. He has
some exciting stuff to share.
See you tomorrow!

It is with a very heavy heart and tears in my
eye's that I regret to tell you I won't be able to make the Big Brew Day! I have
tried to find someone else but I can't find anyone to DJ a wedding that was called in
at the last minute. I'm very sorry about this and I will miss seeing everyone, Doug
will to! This is one our favorite events, I hope it all goes well for you!

The window to RSVP is May 1st for those who want to
participate in the IPA/Malt provided event. Please specify how many gallons you are going
to brew, and with partners names if you have any.
If you would still like to brew, but want to do your
own thing, you are invited do so at this event. The event timeline is 10am-4pm. If you
decide to to an all-grain batch that day, you should arive earlier like 8am or 9am. It is
critical that we do not stay past our scheduled time .
Happy Brewing!!
Neil
