MHBA members – Reminder – I need a headcount to help with dinner plans.

If you have NOT yet told me that you’re coming to the campout, especially for dinner, please let me know.

If you have already told me, then I look forward to seeing you in Jordan.

It’s close by, so you can stop by for part of the day or just for dinner on Saturday.

More info is below.

Thanks!

Subject: camping headcount

I need a headcount for MHBA at the campout, so please let me know if you will be attending.

I’d like to know how many people and how many tents for Friday night and Saturday night.

Also, how many people for the dinner on Saturday night.  This is the most important item so we have enough food.

You don’t have to stay overnight since this is close-by at the KOA in Jordan.

Below is the full announcement.

Thanks!
