My friend gave me an old pack of this yeast, manufactured in Dec 2008. Yes, over 1 year
ago. He is not currently brewing. It has been in the fridge the entire time.
I don't want it, but I suppose it could be resuscitated and used. You would want a
starter of course.
I live in St. Paul, Midway area. If anyone wants to come and pick it up maybe either
tonight or Saturday (or Sun), let me know.
