I have sent the URL change to the BJCP so the competition schedule can get updated on their website. Our competition prefers to use the standard BJCP bottle labels and entry forms. The Douglas County Fair method of catergorizing doesn't really gibe with what us homebrewers are accustomed to, so we are gravitating away from their past methods. I will address the administrative side with them so the competitors don't have to deal with it. You should find all of the answers to your questions at this site.
