It will subside with time but it will happen. The older the hop, the worse it gets. I now dry-hop with pellets and have much better results. I like to use a hopback with leaf hops for the best results. I've found that dry-hopping is not needed with the hopback. If you made it to the multi-club campout, the cask IPA I made was dry-hopped for 2 months. I hope this helps.
