If you weren't there – TOO BAD! It was a fantastic weekend and a good time was had by all! The PHC had 10 people in attendance. The Master of Malt competition was held, with each club in attendance entering up to four brews to represent their club: one for ALES, one for LAGERS, one for BELGIANS, and one for MEAD/CIDERS.
