Well couple of things.
First the mba list does not use majordomo anymore, it is
using ecartis and there for none of the mail headers truly coming via
the list contains the string "majordomo"
Second it impossible to block all spam, the better the spam filters get
the better the spammers get. All they have to do is start crafting spam
that passes the filter and start blasting stuff out. Ya the spam filters
will catch up but it takes time.
If you send me the entire mail header I can probably figure out what
path it took getting to you.
