Here's the March newsletter from the Prairie Homebrewing Companions.
Don't forget, Saturday at noon is the big CHILI COOK-OFF and SWAP at the
CSPS Hall on 383 Michigan St in St. Paul. Bring your chili, bring your
appetites, bring your beer, and bring your gently used brewing gear to
swap/sell to fellow brewers who might need them.
The Style of the Month is American Pale Ale - the winner will be invited to
compete for club championship on Tuesday at BJCP class for the right to
represent our club at the national Club-Only AHA American Pale Ale
competition!
