Retirement was great but it's time to get back in the game. I am pleased to announce the opening of my new restaurant, The Muddy Pig. You can find The Muddy Pig at 162 N. Dale Street here in Saint Paul. We are just south of the intersection of Selby and Dale in the old Cognac McCarthy's/Maggie's/Bamboleo location. We have a beautiful space, a great menu (we are calling it Selby-Dale cuisine) and a full bar. Do we have beer? Yup. Not making it this time but we will be bringing in some good suds from around the world. We are open 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. every day so stop on in for lunch, dinner or just to catch up.
