The Quarterly Written Proficiency Exam is handled differently than all other BJCP exams. Only people on the list of active exam graders at http://www.bjcp.org/apps/reports/graders.php can be the exam administrator. For the quarterly written exam, the site must be added by 6 weeks prior to the exam date and everyone must prepay the admin before the one month mark as the admin must prepay the BJCP by the one month mark.
