Reminder:

MHBA has decided to purchase and pay for a special club shirt for all MHBA members who attend Nationals in June.  We’ve picked a sand colored polo shirt which will have the club logo on the left front side and the nationals conference logo on the back.

In order to get your shirt, please send me the following information by Saturday, April 10^th.

                Size – Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL

                AHA conference registration number

                Email address if not obvious

We will be checking that you are a paid member of MHBA for 2010, so please make sure this is true.

You may also purchase a shirt for another attendee.  Please send their name, size and AHA conference registration number as well.  Additional shirts are $11.50 for Small, Medium, Large, XL and $13 for 2XL and 3XL.

We will distribute the shirts at the May Big Brew and will make other arrangements as necessary.
