Planet Buzz! Mead and Cider Fest

Hello all, Just a note to let you know that plan for the first international mead and cider festival in Chicago are cranking up. We expect more than 50 different meads and ciders along with a perry or two and all this will be accompanied by food samples designed for pairing with these special beverages. In addition, the Saturday session will include speakers and panels to enlighten us on the subjects of honey, beekeeping, mead making, cider apples, perry, etc. Check out the web page at www.meadfest.com and plan to join us in November.
