For the Mild, we filled 8 fermenters with (approx) 4 gallons each,
collecting a total of 32 gallons @ 1050. Oops! We were shooting for
35 gal @ 1038. We should add 5 quarts of H20 to each fermenter to
bring the Imperial Mild back down into style guide range of 1038.
