Mike and fellow beer lovers:
I am not aware of the situation in St Paul. If the city has asked them
to stop selling for some reason, I believe it is reasonable to call city
officials and tell them you support growler sales.
As far as which brewpubs are selling growlers, I believe the only members
*not* currently selling are Harwell's and perhaps Green Mill. I know
Jonathan is working on getting Harwell's going; I am unaware of where
Green Mill stands.

Hello MN Craft Brewers (Dave?),
I just called Great Waters and asked if they had growlers. They said that
they had them and the city said they had to stop selling them for now. I
was told that we could write to the city to voice our opinion. What's the
story and who do we need to write to to help this get passed? I would
like to see this information passed ont the MhBA, since some of us have
been writing letters in the past to help with the growler laws.
Also, could our club get an official MN list of all the brewpubs that
have growlers or when they expect them.
I called Barley John's and they said that they have growlers now ..
Thanks!,

Hi Wayne,
Sam's Club, I think it around $12, pretty cheap! You don't need a Sam's
membership card either.. Recently, we sampled some the Octoberfest at a
party, you turn something on the top, pull the plastic tap out from the
bottom and pour. It work pretty good, the beer was good also!
Cheers!,
Swally
