The M'haha Parkway to Chicago, S. to 52 or 53, east to Elliot. River Road to the Parkway from St. Paul and Portland all the way from downtown are good choices if the weather's bad or if 35 W is a parking lot. Crosstown to Cedar. North to 54th, west to Elliot.
