The M'haha Parkway to Chicago, S. to 52 or 53, east to Elliot. River Road to the Parkway from St. Paul and Portland all the way from downtown are good choices if the weather's bad or if 35 W is a parking lot. Crosstown to Cedar. North to 54th, west to Elliot. CONTSTRUCTION NOTICE: The Diamond Lake Road exits are no longer an option. Ditto the 46th St ON ramps. Portland exits and on ramps come and go. Crosstown to Portland.
