My preferences:
1) I can host IF we have a meeting (see #3). I'll be out of town until
Sunday night.
2) Can't make it on 28th but you can certainly meet without me.
3 & 4) I'm very OK with not meeting and not bothering to send in checks.
(i.e. this would be my preference)
