If I get the spreadsheet to you in the next couple of hours, will you you have time to update it by tomorrow night? In September, Staples did a cash merger, so that will affect the stock and cash allocation a bit. In any case, we could review the spreadsheet tomorrow, then send it to John for a final OK. 

I’m not sure if my neighbor has gotten a replacement notary stamp, and I’m not sure I’ll have time to get the agreement ready by tomorrow. We could be ready to sign off on the agreement by next month’s meeting.
